UNFPA Malaysia is seeking a Personal Assistant (Consultant) to provide administrative, secretarial, and communications support to the Representative. The consultant will ensure smooth management of the Representative’s office, maintain communication with internal and external partners, coordinate meetings, events, and official engagements, and support protocol, logistics, and documentation needs.
Location: UNFPA Malaysia Country Office, Putrajaya
Duration: 1 June 2025 – 30 September 2025
Scope of Work Includes:
- Managing the Representative’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handling correspondence, document preparation, and communications.
- Supporting travel logistics, event planning, and protocol matters (e.g., visa, diplomatic ID).
- Maintaining contact databases and stakeholder engagement lists.
- Assisting in administrative, logistical, and coordination duties related to office missions and public events.
- Providing support for advocacy efforts and internal coordination.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
- At least six (6) years of relevant experience in administrative, secretarial, or executive assistant roles.
- Strong skills in organization, planning, communication, confidentiality handling, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous UN system experience is an asset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
